What guest data we keep
No personal guest data: only the room and the dates of a stay. Who in your team sees what, and how photos are protected.

Guests
- From calendars and PMSs we keep only the room, arrival and departure dates and the booking reference. We don’t take names, phone numbers, emails or notes, even when the calendar contains them.
- Found items, damage, the minibar and reports for owners don’t contain guest names either.
Your team
- Everyone sees only what their role allows; staff see only their own tasks. The rules are checked by the database, not just on screen.
- Only owners and managers see other people’s earnings.
- Every business is completely separate from the others.
Photos
Photos from tasks and reports are kept in protected storage. They are shown through links valid for one hour, and only team members who can see that task or report can see them.
Links and secrets
iCal links, PMS keys and links for invitations, contractors and owners are stored securely. Invitation, contractor and owner links are kept only as a fingerprint, so nobody can read them, not even our team.
Error reports
When something goes wrong in the app, we send a technical report without personal data: no emails, cookies, form contents or secret links.
