Buying a subscription
Choose a plan, pay by card through Paddle and use the same email you sign in with.
Who it is for: Owners and managersSteps
- The owner opens My account and presses Choose a plan, or goes to kleenee.com/en/pricing.
- Chooses the plan and monthly or yearly billing.
- Pays by card in the Paddle window.
After paying
- Our team confirms that the subscription is linked to the right business; the plan changes then.
- Manage subscription appears on the My account page.
- Paddle emails you the invoice.
Who charges you
Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller (Merchant of Record). Paddle issues the invoice and charges VAT where required. You enter card details only in the Paddle window; Kleenee never sees them.
How many units I pay for
The number of units is the number of rooms and apartments you look after with Kleenee. The minimum is €10 a month, so small properties pay for as many units as that minimum needs.
