Every new business gets a 14-day trial with every feature of the Ultimate plan. No card is needed: just sign in with your email and go through the setup.

During the trial

• Use every feature, with your whole team and all your rooms.
• What you enter stays after you choose a plan; there is nothing to set up again.
• You can buy a plan at any time; you don’t have to wait for the trial to end.

When the trial ends

If you haven’t chosen a plan by the end of the trial, access to your business is locked:

• Nobody in the team, the owner included, can see rooms, tasks or any other data.
• Automatic work stops: calendars aren’t checked and no new tasks are created.
• After signing in, everyone sees only the Your free trial has ended page.
• Your data is kept. We keep it for another 90 days.

How to continue

• The owner presses Choose a plan on that page and pays for a plan. When paying, enter the same email address you sign in with. Access comes back as soon as the payment goes through, with all your data.
• Need more time to try Kleenee? Write to us at support@kleenee.com and we will extend your trial. Access comes back as soon as we do.
• Other team members contact the owner.

If you choose a plan below Ultimate, the features it doesn’t include stop working, and their data is kept.
