Inviting team members

Creating an invitation

1. Open Team.
2. Under Invite a team member, enter the Full name and choose the Role.
3. Press Create invite link.
4. Send the link right away: Copy link, Send via Viber or Send via WhatsApp.

What the invited person does

1. Opens the link on a phone or computer.
2. Signs in with their own email address (Signing in without a password).
3. Presses Join the team.

From then on they are in the team and see what their role allows.

Pending invitations

Under Pending invitations you see invitations not yet accepted and how long they are valid.

• Revoke: the invitation stops working.
• New link: a new link for the same person and role, when the old one is lost or has expired.

Every link is valid for 14 days and works only once. Kleenee doesn’t keep the link itself, only a fingerprint of it, so not even we can read it.
