Reports for apartment owners
Send an owner a lasting link to a monthly summary of cleanings, issues, damage and found items.
Who it is for: Owners and managersUltimate plan and aboveIf you manage apartments for other people, their owners can follow the work without a Kleenee account.
Creating the link
- On the property page, open Reports for owners.
- Enter the Recipient (for example the owner’s name), so you know whose link it is.
- Choose one unit or Whole property.
- Press Create link and send the link. It is shown only once.
What the owner sees
For the chosen month (with arrows for earlier ones):
- Work done: cleanings and other finished work.
- Reported issues, with guest damage and the claim status.
- Found items.
Staff and guest names aren’t shown.
How long it lasts
The link works until you revoke it (Revoke link). It also stops working when you remove the property or unit, or when your plan no longer has this feature.
