Change history
Who changed what and when, for everything in your business. The history can’t be changed or deleted.
Who it is for: Owners and managersPro plan and aboveThe history records every change: tasks, rooms, stays, issues, the team, stock and settings. Open it from the Reports page → Change history.
What a line shows
- When it happened, in the property’s local time.
- Who did it, with the name they had at the time. Changes made by Kleenee itself are marked automatic, and those made through a contractor link Contractor via link.
- What changed. Details shows every field.
Searching
Filter by text (room, person, description), person, room, dates and kind of change (Tasks, Issues and found items, Stays and others), then Show. 150 changes are shown at a time; Older changes loads earlier ones.
Security
Nobody can change or delete the history, not you and not us. Secrets, such as calendar and invitation links, are hidden in it.
Undoing a change
If something was changed by mistake (for example many tasks cancelled at once), write to support. Support can undo that action in full, but only if nobody has changed the same data since.
