Connecting Booking.com and Airbnb calendars

Once a room’s calendar is connected, Kleenee reads its bookings every 15 minutes and creates a cleaning for every guest departure. Nothing to copy by hand.

Where to find the iCal link

Booking.com: Extranet → Rates & availability → Sync calendars → Export calendar. Copy the link for that room.

Airbnb: Calendar → Availability → Connect to another website (Sync calendars) → Export calendar. Copy the link.

The link starts with https:// and usually ends in .ics. Every room or apartment has its own link.

Connecting one room

1. Open Properties, then Manage next to the property.
2. Under Booking.com and Airbnb calendars, choose the Unit and the Channel.
3. Paste the link into the iCal link field and press Connect calendar.

A room can have several calendars, for example both Booking.com and Airbnb.

Many rooms at once

Under Add many links at once, paste one line per room: the room name, a space, then the link. You can also paste two columns from a spreadsheet. The channel is recognised from the link. Press Add all. Up to 200 links at once; lines that fail show the reason, for example No unit has that name.

Checking

Next to every calendar you see when it was last checked and, if that failed, why. Check now checks straight away, without waiting 15 minutes.
