Airbnb calendar
Where the iCal link of each Airbnb listing is and what Kleenee reads from it.
Who it is for: Owners and managersOn Airbnb every listing has its own calendar and its own iCal link. For each apartment you connect, copy the link of that very listing. How to paste the link into Kleenee is in Connecting calendars (iCal).
How to copy the link
On airbnb.com, on a computer. Menu names here are in English; in another language you see them translated.
- Sign in as a host and open Calendar.
- Choose the listing.
- Open Availability.
- Under Connect calendars, choose Connect to another website.
- Copy the Airbnb calendar link and paste it into Kleenee.

What Kleenee sees
- Bookings, not blocks. Airbnb marks dates you blocked yourself differently, so they do not become stays.
- Airbnb bookings only. Stays Airbnb imported from other calendars are sent as blocked dates, so Kleenee does not see them through the Airbnb link. Connect that other calendar in Kleenee directly too.
- No guest data. We keep no names, phone numbers or notes. See What guest data we keep.
