Adding rooms and floors

You add rooms (units) on the property page: Properties → Manage → Add units.

Many rooms at once

Type the rooms in short form and press Add:

• 101-120 gives rooms 101 to 120.
• 101-110, 201-210 gives two series; separate them with a comma or a new line.
• Apartment 1-5 gives Apartment 1 to Apartment 5.
• Lux, Studio gives two units with exactly those names.

Up to 500 units at once. A name must be unique within the property.

Floors

When the name is a hotel-style number, Kleenee works out the floor: 101 is on the first floor, 1205 on the twelfth. Change the floor with Edit next to the room. Leave it empty if the unit has no floor, such as a holiday house.

Rooms are shown by floor, top floor first. When a property has several floors and more than 20 rooms, the floors start folded; each floor line shows how many rooms it has and how many are waiting, being cleaned or awaiting inspection. Click a line to open it.

Renaming

Edit → new name → Save. Tasks, history and connected calendars stay with the room.
