Property details
Name, address, check-out and check-in times and room inspections after cleaning. How to add another property.
Who it is for: Owners and managersYou edit properties on the Properties page. Press Manage next to the property, then open Property details.
Fields
| Field | What it affects |
|---|---|
| Property name, type and address | Shown in the app and in reports for owners. |
| Guest check-out time | When the cleaning after a guest leaves is due. A booking ending on the 14th gives a cleaning due on the 14th at this time. |
| Guest check-in time | When guests arrive, for planning. |
| Inspection after cleaning | On: a handed-in room goes to Awaiting inspection and waits for you. Off: a handed-in room is Clean at once. |
Press Save changes. A new check-out time applies to new and moved cleanings.
The same page holds the rooms, calendars, stay-over cleaning and reports for owners.
Another property
On the Properties page, press New property and enter the same details and rooms. Each property has its own rooms, calendars and rules; the team is shared by all properties.
Times and time zone
Enter every time in the property’s local time, and Kleenee shows it that way too, on whatever device you use.
