After a repair
When a work order is handed in, the room turns dirty and gets a cleaning, and an inspection if needed.
Who it is for: Owners and managersA repair usually leaves dust, tools or marks behind. So when a Maintenance task is handed in, Kleenee:
- Marks the room Dirty.
- Adds a cleaning due now, labelled After a repair (unless the room already has a cleaning today).
- If the property doesn’t otherwise inspect rooms after cleaning, also adds an Inspection task in an hour, so someone checks the repair really worked.
- Marks the linked issue Resolved.
A room that is out of order doesn’t change: repairs happen there while the room isn’t let, and it gets its cleaning when you put it back in service.
