Guest damage
Mark an issue a guest caused: Kleenee links it to the last stay, so you can claim the damage through the platform.
Who it is for: Owners and managersUltimate plan and aboveReporting damage
When reporting an issue, tick Damage caused by a guest. Kleenee links the report to the last stay in that room, and the claim starts as Not claimed.
Following the claim
On the Issues page, under Guest damage, you see the stay for each damage (arrival and departure dates) and enter:
- The estimated cost in your business’s currency.
- Claim:
| Status | Meaning |

| Not claimed | Not yet reported to the platform or the guest. |
| Claimed with the platform | Reported to Booking.com, Airbnb or the guest; waiting for an answer. |
| Paid | The damage has been paid. |
| Written off | You decided not to claim it. |
Press Save. If Kleenee picked the wrong stay, choose another stay in the same room.
