Reporting an issue
Broken air-conditioning, a dripping tap, a dead bulb: report it with a photo or by voice, and maintenance gets a work order at once.
Who it is for: EveryoneAnyone in the team can report an issue.
How to report
- Press Report an issue: on a task, on the My day page or on the overview (front desk). Managers also have the button on the Issues page.
- Choose the Room or unit (already filled in from a task).
- Describe the problem in the What is wrong? field. You can also say it: press the microphone (Dictate) in the corner of the field and speak.
- Tick Urgent – affects guests if the problem bothers guests right now.
- Add a photo if you can; it makes the repair easier.
- Press Send report.
What happens next
- The issue becomes a work order straight away (Maintenance). If there is exactly one person with the Maintenance role in the team, it goes to them.
- An urgent issue is due at once and managers get a notification; others are due in two hours.
- When the repair is handed in, the issue is resolved and the room goes to cleaning. See After a repair.
Dictation
Dictation works in Chrome, Safari and Edge. Speech is turned into text in the browser itself; Kleenee doesn’t record or send any sound. If you don’t see the button, your browser doesn’t support it. Allow microphone access if the browser asks.
