My day: your tasks on your phone
When you open Kleenee you see only your own tasks for today, most urgent first.
Who it is for: Housekeepers and maintenanceAfter signing in, housekeepers and maintenance staff see the My day page. It shows only the tasks assigned to you.
What is on the page
- Today’s tasks, with the most urgent first and, within the same priority, the one due earliest.
- On each task: the room, type of work, due time and labels such as Pet, Linen change or Recheck.
- Tomorrow’s tasks, so you know what is coming.
- Finished today: what you have already handed in today.
Press Open task or the task itself to open it. See Doing a task.
Below the tasks are the Report an issue button and, if your plan has it, Found item.
I can’t see my rooms
You only see tasks assigned to you. If something seems to be missing, ask your manager: the task may not be assigned yet, or it went to someone else.
Tips
- Add Kleenee to your home screen and turn on notifications to hear about new tasks straight away.
- On the My account page you can change your name and the app language.
