Recording the minibar
Enter what the guest took from the minibar; the front desk sees the amount to charge.

- Enter the quantity for every item that was used.
- Press Save minibar. Kleenee shows the amount to charge.
The front desk then sees the room in the Minibar to charge list and charges the guest. Until the front desk marks it charged you can correct your entry; after that it says The minibar has already been charged.
Managers set up the items and prices on the Supplies page. Items used are taken off the property’s stock.
