What Kleenee is and how it works
Kleenee connects bookings, rooms and people: it knows which room needs cleaning, who is cleaning it and what is waiting for inspection.
Who it is for: EveryoneKleenee is a housekeeping app for hotels and apartments. You see the state of every room in one place, who is working on which room and what is finished, and your team gets their tasks on their phones.
A day with Kleenee
- Bookings arrive from your Booking.com and Airbnb calendars or from your PMS. For every guest departure Kleenee creates a cleaning task on its own, due at check-out time.
- A manager assigns rooms to housekeepers on the Daily plan page, many rooms in one go.
- A housekeeper opens My day on their phone, starts the cleaning, ticks off the checklist, adds photos where asked and hands the room in.
- The manager inspects the room and approves it or sends it back. The room becomes Verified, and if a PMS is connected, Kleenee tells it the room is clean.
Along the way the front desk passes on guest requests, anyone can report an issue with a photo or by voice, and maintenance gets a work order.

What you need
Just a browser: Kleenee works on computers, tablets and phones, with nothing to install from an app store. On a phone you can add it to the home screen so it opens like an app.
